Fuel

What fuel level is the vehicle delivered with?

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. No fuel is charged in advance.

Otherwise, only the missing fuel will be charged along with a refuelling fee.

Payments and deposit

If I pay in cash or with a debit card, do I need to leave a deposit?

No, no deposit is required regardless of the payment method.

Can I pay with someone else’s credit card?

Yes, as long as the cardholder is present or signs a prior authorisation.

Insurance

With full coverage, is there an excess or deposit?

No. With full coverage there is no excess or deposit.

What type of insurance am I taking out?

It includes 24-hour roadside assistance and coverage according to the contract conditions.

Damage to wheels or tyres is covered in the event of an accident involving another vehicle with a signed report. In addition, we include extra coverage that extends protection so you can travel with greater peace of mind.

Can I collect the car in one place and return it in another?

Yes, a supplement may apply depending on the distance.

Is there a charge for out-of-hours delivery?

Yes, deliveries or collections outside normal hours may incur an additional charge.
