Fuel
What fuel level is the vehicle delivered with?
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. No fuel is charged in advance.
Otherwise, only the missing fuel will be charged along with a refuelling fee.
Payments and deposit
If I pay in cash or with a debit card, do I need to leave a deposit?
No, no deposit is required regardless of the payment method.
Can I pay with someone else’s credit card?
Yes, as long as the cardholder is present or signs a prior authorisation.
Insurance
With full coverage, is there an excess or deposit?
No. With full coverage there is no excess or deposit.
What type of insurance am I taking out?
It includes 24-hour roadside assistance and coverage according to the contract conditions.

Damage to wheels or tyres is covered in the event of an accident involving another vehicle with a signed report. In addition, we include extra coverage that extends protection so you can travel with greater peace of mind.

You must report it and complete the accident report. If not possible, provide a police report.

You must call the police, report within 24 hours and provide documentation.

This is not covered and the replacement cost must be paid.

Where is the vehicle delivered at Menorca airport?
In car park P1, zone B9.
How do I get to the collection and return point?
Follow the signs from the terminal to street B9.
Can the vehicle be delivered to resorts or accommodations?
Only in locations available in the booking form.
Where is the vehicle delivered at Mahón port?
In the port parking area, coordinated by phone.
Can I collect the car in one place and return it in another?
Yes, a supplement may apply depending on the distance.
Is there a charge for out-of-hours delivery?
Yes, deliveries or collections outside normal hours may incur an additional charge.
