Signing the contract implies full acceptance of each and every one of the following general conditions:
General Conditions
Driver Requirements
- The minimum age to rent a motorhome is 30 years, with at least 5 years of driving licence experience.
- Drivers aged between 26 and 30 will be charged an additional €20 per rental day due to insurance conditions.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
A reservation requires a 20% deposit of the total rental amount.
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply to the deposit:
- More than 30 days before rental start: 20%
- Between 30 and 16 days before rental start: 50%
- Between 15 and 6 days before rental start: 80%
- Less than 5 days before rental start: 100%
Payment and Deposit
- The vehicle is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned full.
- The total rental amount must be paid before departure by cash, card or certified bank cheque.
- A security deposit between €800 and €1,000 must be provided by credit card (VISA/Mastercard only; debit cards not accepted).
Vehicle Availability
No compensation shall be due if, due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the vehicle cannot be delivered on the agreed date.
Insurance and Liability
The vehicle is insured in accordance with current legislation, with an excess between €800 and €1,000 per claim.
In case of damage, the client will bear this amount, which may be deducted from the deposit.
The client is solely responsible for any liabilities not covered by the insurance policy, which they declare to know and accept.
The rental company is not responsible for theft of personal belongings inside the vehicle.
Deposit Return
The deposit will be returned after inspection of the vehicle by the technical service.
If damage due to misuse is detected, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
If damage assessment cannot be completed immediately, the company has up to 30 days to return the remaining deposit.
Any outstanding charges (usage, penalties or other costs) may be charged to the client’s credit card.
Vehicle Replacement
The rental company reserves the right to replace the booked vehicle with another of the same or higher category.
Mileage
Maximum mileage depending on rental duration:
- 3 days: 450 km
- 4 days: 600 km
- 5/6 days: 850 km
- 7 days: 1,050 km
- More than 8 days: unlimited
Extra kilometres will be charged at €0.30/km.
Vehicle Delivery and Return
Location
Vehicle delivery and return will take place at our facilities located at:
Calle Curniola, 59, Mahón, Balearic Islands.
Schedule
- Delivery time: 14:00
- Return time: 08:00
Out-of-hours service
Deliveries or returns outside standard hours, between 19:00 and 08:00, will incur an additional charge of €50, which will be added to the rental price.
Alternative delivery locations
For rentals longer than 10 days, delivery may be arranged in Barcelona or Palma de Mallorca upon prior request.
Customer Obligations
Fines and Liability
The customer is responsible for any fines or penalties resulting from violations of current regulations.
If, due to the customer’s fault, the vehicle is seized or impounded, the customer will bear:
- All related expenses
- Loss of income for the rental company during the period of unavailability
- The daily rental cost according to current rates for each day the vehicle is unavailable
Late Start or Early Return
If the rental period starts late or ends early due to the customer’s decision, no refund will be granted.
Luggage Handling
At delivery, the customer must place the contents of their luggage inside the motorhome and leave the empty suitcases at the rental company’s premises.
Vehicle Inspection and Acceptance
The customer confirms having inspected the vehicle and accepts it in full working condition.
Any malfunction or issue during the rental period does not entitle the customer to compensation, refund or discount.
Any discrepancy must be reported before leaving the premises. The customer assumes responsibility for any damage not recorded in the delivery report.
Accidents and Damage
Any accident or damage must be reported within 10 hours.
Failure to do so may result in full liability according to the insurance company and any damages caused to the rental company.
If the vehicle cannot continue to be used, the contract will be terminated without refund of deposit or remaining rental days.
Repairs
Repairs under €90 may be carried out without prior authorization and will be reimbursed upon presentation of an official invoice.
Repairs exceeding €90 require prior authorization from the rental company.
If the breakdown is caused by the customer, they will be responsible for all resulting costs.
Vehicle Return Condition
The vehicle must be returned clean, with empty toilet and wastewater tanks.
Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €120 will be charged.

Extension and Delays
To extend the rental, the customer must notify the rental company at least 3 days in advance.
Extensions are subject to availability and confirmed via email or WhatsApp.
Unauthorized delays will be charged at three times the daily rental rate.
Prohibited Use
Unauthorized Use of the Vehicle
The use of the vehicle for any activity contrary to morality, laws or public order is strictly prohibited.
- Transporting more passengers than legally permitted
- Participating in races, competitions or similar events
- Transporting goods or objects, whether legal or not
- Subletting or using the vehicle for commercial purposes
- Removing, covering or altering company logos or identification
The customer receives all legally required documentation and must present it when requested by authorities.
Smoking
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited and will incur a penalty of €250.
The customer will be responsible for any damage caused, including burns.
Pets
Pets are not allowed unless expressly authorized by the rental company.
Additional Legal Conditions
Fuel Policy
The vehicle is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned in the same condition.
If the tank is not returned full, the missing fuel will be charged along with an additional refuelling service fee.
Usage Limitations
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any substance affecting driving ability is strictly prohibited.
- Driving off paved roads or in conditions that may damage the vehicle is not permitted.
- Leaving the island of Menorca with the vehicle is not allowed without prior authorization.
Insurance Limitations
The insurance does not cover damages resulting from negligence, misuse of the vehicle or breach of contract conditions.
In such cases, the customer will be fully responsible for the total cost of damages.
Road Assistance
In case of breakdown or incident, the customer must contact the rental company for instructions.
Assistance costs may be charged to the customer if the issue is caused by improper use of the vehicle.
Delays
Return times must be respected. Any unauthorized delay may result in additional charges according to current rates.
Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute arising from the rental agreement, both parties submit to the courts of Mahón (Menorca), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
