Where are cars picked up and delivered?
The collection and delivery of vehicles in Menorca is mainly carried out in the following places:
- Menorca Airport: Delivery and collection takes place in the public parking lot (parking P1, street B9). When leaving the terminal with your luggage, go to the payment booths and follow the signs to B9 street, where our staff will wait for you.
- Port of Mahón: Delivery and collection is carried out in the parking area for embarkation and disembarkation, near the maritime station. Our staff will contact you by phone to arrange the meeting.
- Other points: Doral Auto offers delivery and collection at the locations indicated in the drop-down menu on our website. If the distance between the delivery and collection points exceeds 15 km, a supplement of €50 will apply.

Is a deposit or bond necessary to rent at Doral Auto?
- It is only required if paying in cash. Below, we explain the conditions:
- If you pay by debit card, no deposit is required.
- If you pay in cash, a deposit of €200 will be required. This amount will be refunded upon returning the car, once it has been verified that no damage excluded by insurance coverage has been caused.
- If you opt for full coverage, you must provide credit card information, although no charges or holds will be made on it, except in the case of damage caused according to insurance exceptions.
Can I rent a car without excess and without a credit card?
At Doral Auto, we offer car rental without excess, since comprehensive insurance without excess is included in the rental price. Regarding the payment method, there are options to rent without a credit card:
- Payment by debit card: Doral Auto allows payment by debit card, and in this case it is not required to leave a deposit.
- Cash payment: You can also pay in cash, but in this case you must leave a deposit of €200. This amount will be refunded to you when you return the car, as long as no damage excluded by insurance coverage has been caused.
Please note that if you opt for full coverage, even if the credit card is not charged, it is necessary to provide credit card details as guarantee. If you pay in cash, a deposit of €200 will be required until the car is returned.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, einen Mietwagen (Hyundai i10) vom 12.04.24 bis zum 15.04.24 zu nutzen, und die gesamte Erfahrung war einfach erstklassig. Vom Moment unserer Ankunft am Flughafen bis zur Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs verlief alles äußerst reibungslos.
Das freundliche Personal holte uns (über) pünktlich 🙂 am Flughafen ab und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Der Mietwagen selbst befand sich in einem makellosen Zustand, was unsere Reise umso angenehmer machte. Die gesamte Abwicklung, sowohl bei der Abholung als auch bei der Rückgabe, war unkompliziert und effizient.
Besonders lobenswert war die Tatsache, dass wir am Ende unseres Aufenthalts auch wieder zum Flughafen gebracht wurden, was uns viel Zeit und Mühe ersparte.
Insgesamt können wir den Mietwagen-Service nur wärmstens empfehlen. Das freundliche Personal, der unschlagbare Preis und das erstklassige Auto trugen dazu bei, dass wir unsere Reise in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden bei zukünftigen Reisen sicherlich wieder auf diesen Service zurückkommen.
We were 3 families, each with 3 kids so big team of 15 that Doral Auto was managing very well with 3 cars. The cars were new, clean and suited to our needs. They were very quick in answering and providing services, transparent with rental conditions and moreover very friendly, especially the guy that provided and picked the cars in the airport, Louis, who was very kind, relaxed and joking with us and with the kids. Because of him, we had a pleasant entrance and departure from Menorca. Thank you Doral Auto!
We rented a car for 14 days. The price was unbeatable. We were picked up at the airport and received a very friendly welcome from Anna. We then drove to the office together (approx. 2-3 min) and received the documents and paid the remaining amount). The handover was flawless and trustworthy. As we had to get to the airport before opening hours, we were able to park the car there. We also received the deposit within a few days. So we can only recommend it.

Abbiamo noleggiato una piccola auto per una decina di giorni. Siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti del servizio. Ottimi prezzi e personale gentile e disponibile. Di solito si hanno sempre problemi con le assicurazioni, le carte, le franchigie ecc..ecc.. questa volta nessun problema, tutto rapido e senza intoppi. Logo quando meu voo chegou recebi uma chamada dizendo que meu carro já estava pronto no estacionamento, retirei o carro sem problemas, foi me explicado tudo direitinho. O carro tinha alguns arranhões, mas ele disse para não me preocupar pois o seguro já cobria os arranhões.
Andei 1 semana toda com o carro sem problemas e na hora da devolução enchi o tanque e recebi o valor do caução de volta.
