Discover the wonderful port of Fornells

Fornells is one of the most beautiful places in Menorca and without a doubt its port is one of the ports of Menorca that is worth visiting.

Although historically it has been a small fishing port today it is much more than that.

Surrounded by a bay of picturesque white painted houses, it has become a perfect place for nautical activities.

After taking a walk around its surroundings you will be able to enjoy the food prepared with the fresh fish that the fishermen have brought

Or the precious views that can be seen from the Torre de Fornells; which in ancient times served to protect the entrance to the port and prevent a possible landing of the enemies.

Do not leave Menorca without spending the day in the port of Sanitja

This port is considered the oldest on the island and is part of the wonderful ports of Menorca, it is very close to Fornells, in the town of Es Mercadal.

So if you have rented one of our cars and spend a few days in Fornells a An excursion to Sanitja is undoubtedly mandatory.

It is worth traveling there, even if just to stop and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the rocks of the Cavallería Lighthouse, a place that is quite close.

The port of Addaia, very little crowded and close to the Albufera d’es Natural Park Grau, that of Cala’n Bosch with almost 300 moorings.
